  • Sleep data (duration, quality, stages, sleep score)

  • Readiness data (readiness score, HRV [rMSSD], resting heart rate, activity balance, recovery indicators)

  • Activity data (steps, calories burned, activity score) We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.

c. Automatically Collected Data

  • Device type, operating system, browser type

  • Log data such as IP address, time of access, and usage patterns

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Calculate your daily Momentum Score and related pillar scores

  • Provide AI-generated insights, recommendations, and action plans

  • Maintain streaks, leaderboards, and community features (e.g., “cheers”)

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the App

  • Send notifications and reminders (if enabled)

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share:

  • With service providers (e.g., Base44 platform hosting) under contract to support app functionality

  • With Ōura, but only when you authorize the connection, to access your data via the Ōura Cloud API

  • If our business is transferred or sold, in which case your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
